Syrian community

In 2020, Dalia Albrazi, a member of the SA Syrian community, joined the Brilliance Palliative Care Team as a Brilliance Ambassador. Dalia and her husband spoke to Brilliant Team members Aileen Collier and Cathie Jeffs about the challenges facing their community when accessing end of life care.

The Team was also fortunate in speaking to Dr Assem Alwani about end of life care and other issues the Syrian community face when accessing health care in South Australia
